When I arrived I asked to pay in cash the next day when I checked out because I didn't want to use the card since I was charged taxes. I was told there was no problem. At the time of the checkout,. I asked to pay cash and they said they didn't have any change! I was forced to pay by card and as a consequence pay more than I had planned. I found this to be a bad service. They did not provide a sleeping cot for our baby even though I mentioned it in the reservation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the evening dinner was excellent.
The shower head in our room did not work. There was no facility to operate it. The hot and cold tap over the bathroom basin leaked. Although the the room was clean and tidy, the hotel gave the impression of being tired, and needing updating.

Key problems at the check-in, hairs in the shower, little unfriendly people at the breakfast. In any word a half-disaster. Can be better.
